Amy helps clients protect their intellectual property through patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, copyright registration, and preparing agreements involving intellectual property. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including consumer electronics, manufacturing technology, construction, and computer hardware. Amy has experience prosecuting patents in a variety of technical fields including mechanical devices, consumer products, material science, and hardware.
While attending law school, Amy worked as both an extern and an intern at Holzer Patel Drennan. Amy also worked as an innovation fellow at the University of Colorado’s technology transfer office. As a student at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, Amy served as an Assistant Managing Editor for the Denver Law Review and conducted research regarding patent subject matter eligibility in the field of personalized medicine.
