Chirag Patel and Rick Holzer presented an intellectual property program at the Annual Meeting of the International Business Law Consortium in Brussels, Belgium on topics including an intellectual property overview, a hypothetical case study on an IP Due Diligence for a business acquisition that highlighted commonly overlooked IP issues during mergers and acquisitions, and a review of the intellectual property issues in the Trans-Pacific Partnership treaty. Other program presenters included Elizabeth Bridge, Ceri Delemore, Norman Neyrinck, and Renaud Le Squeren from other IBLC delegate firms.
