Terri Moore-Natal is the Director of Administration at Holzer Patel Drennan, where she leads the firm’s operational and people strategy in partnership with firm leadership. She oversees enterprise operations including Human Resources, talent development, financial administration, technology, facilities, vendor management, and compliance, ensuring the firm’s infrastructure supports exceptional client service and long-term sustainability.
With more than 20 years of experience in legal and professional services environments, Terri is a trusted advisor of organizational design, workforce planning, compensation and benefits strategy, and operational risk. She is known for translating strategic priorities into scalable systems, clear governance practices, and high-performing teams.
Terri holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Legal Administrators. She is a former President of the ALA Mile High Chapter and has been recognized with the David Award and the Exemplary Leadership Award for her contributions to the profession.
