On September 9th, Chirag Patel participated on a panel discussion regarding “Transfer Pricing and Related Tax Issues in Cross Border Transactions” at the Annual General Meeting of the International Business Law Consortium (IBLC) in Mexico City, Mexico. Specifically, Chirag discussed the issues related to Intellectual Property (IP) transfer, including IP Valuation, the requirement for arm’s length transaction based pricing, and the requirements for contemporaneous documentation.
