Bryan is involved in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in a variety of technical areas, including payment systems, user interface improvements, virtual reality, augmented reality, graphics rendering, image editing, improvements to machine learning (ML) models, encryption and security, location-based services and geofencing, agricultural applications, logistics, and mechanical and software applications.
Bryan also enjoys counseling clients on IP strategies and has experience in performing freedom to operate, patentability, and infringement analyses.
Bryan began his career in patent prosecution as a patent agent in 2013 and continued as an attorney after earning his law degree in 2018. He obtained an undergraduate degree in Chemistry prior to patent prosecution. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family. He also likes to play traditional music and southern gospel music on the banjo and the piano.
